Hawaiian Coastal Villa, Kailua Kona, Hawaii

 The client wanted to keep the classic Hawaiian style architecture and dark Koa wood throughout the home but infuse it with bold color and personality, an important element was also honoring the Hawaiian culture and history of the land.  We supported local industry and using local workrooms, framers and artisans. We wanted it to be full of color and pattern and special design details unique to Hawaii and make the indoor/ outdoor living feel seamless to capitalize on the spectacular views!
