This was a beautiful new construction building on the wharf overlooking the Potomac, but the client wanted some custom updates and a few renovations to tweak the developer’s original design.  We worked closely with the contractors and clients to create a new vision and design scheme that they would be happy with. We honored the gorgeous view and the buildings architecture by creating a luxurious, upscale and elegant interior design a curated mix of antiques and sumptuous modern design details.  Reimagining the large support pillars throughout this duplex penthouse project was a challenge and in each space we created a new treatment to help them to enhance the design rather than being an uninspiring eyesore.  It was a modern mix including classic and contemporary elements that all came together to become a high-end yet comfortable and very livable home.
