Central Park South Classic Style

This project was a gut renovation in a landmark NYC apartment building with incredible views of Central Park.  The challenge was the space hadn’t been updated in over 40 years, the bathrooms were in horrible shape and it wasn’t a huge apartment so we had to get creative on how to use the space as efficiently as possible. The client wanted a traditional and luxurious look for this pied-et terre but didn’t want for it to be overdone or too fussy. It’s a cozy and chic apartment that works for the way my clients need to use it!
