We’re hiring! I’m looking for a passionate, detail-driven Interior Designer / Project Manager to join our Manhattan-based team.
We're seeking a passionate, detail-driven Interior Designer with a minimum of 6-9 years of professional experience, ideally in residential design.
This role supports projects from concept through installation and is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering elevated, thoughtful interiors.
This is a full-time position working 5 days per week (4 Days in Office, 1 Day Remote).
Attributes necessary for this position are:
- Strong understanding of wholesale trade design resources
- Ability to follow design direction and source furnishings
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills; both client-facing and with vendors
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease
- Polished, professional presence aligned with a luxury brand
- Positive, adaptable mindset with ability to take and implement direction
Job Requirements:
- Proposal creation and documentation.
Project tracking, claims, and order management - Setting up and managing trade/wholesale vendor accounts
- AutoCAD proficiency required
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) for presentations and rendering
- Familiarity with 3D rendering programs.
- Experience with Design Manager or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Canva for quick-turn presentations
- COM forms and custom upholstery yardage
Compensation: Commensurate with Experience.
